Quest for Shield of Imperial Warlord Zombie

A monster-world item is now available for players on La2World.

Usually used as a skin for shields, and in rare cases — for hiding in the terrain.

How do you get the Imperial Warlord Zombie monster shield from Lineage 2? The quest has three main stages:

Who, where, and what to do first
Lock it in with training
Quest finale

Part 1: Who and where.

Easier to do as a noblesse, because you have a TP to Varka Silenos Village.

First, take the Alliance with Varka quest by talking to Naran Ashanuk:

You can get there via TP to Varka Silenos Camp from Goddard. Then hit Alt+B -> Goddard -> noblesse TP Varka Silenos Village. Right there find Ashas Varka Durai:

because he has the War with Ketra Orcs quest for us.

Then fly Alt+B leveling 76-80 or TP from Goddard to Ketra Orc Outpost. Run straight, then left — the mobs you need are waiting here:

For alliance lvl 1 you need 100 Ketra Orc soldier badges . Hunt: Ketra’s War Hound, Ketra Ork Footmen, Ketra Ork Scouts, Ketra Ork Raider and Ketra Ork Shaman. If a samurai has no destination, only a path — you can farm 500 badges right away, they won’t disappear — but I suggest otherwise, more on that below.

Part 2: Limbo.

Go back to Naran Ashanuk, turn in the quest, take the new one for lvl 2. Plan now: 200 soldier badges and 100 officer , so fly to Ketra Orc Outpost. Run straight, loop the path. Kill: Ketra Commander and his pack, Ketra Ork White Captain, Ketra Ork Warrior, Ketra Ork Seer, Ketra Ork Medium, Ketra Ork Lieutenant, Ketra Ork Elite Soldier. Run the circle like NASCAR, clear the zone.

Then back to Naran Ashanuk again — turn in, take the new one for lvl 3. Home stretch: 300 soldier badges, 200 officer and 100 general . Noblesse TP to Ketra Orc Outpost and run the paths again, clearing the zone. Farm 100 generals from Ketra Orc Battalion Commander, Ketra Orc General, Ketra’s Head Shaman, Ketra Prophet, Ketra Orc Grand Seer — the center of the camp is packed with general and officer packs.

Part 3: Light at the end of the tunnel.

Once you have all the badges, run to Naran Ashanuk and get Varka Silenos alliance lvl 3. Meanwhile you already have about 1000 orc molars from Ashas Varka Durai’s quest, because you took it in advance. Noblesse TP to Varka Silenos Village, turn in the quest (2nd line) and — this is the important part — get 200+ leaves.

Open the shop at Shikon:

and you’ll see the shield we want, now available for purchase from NPC Trader Shikon for 200 Nepenthes Seed . Reminder: shop access unlocks at Alliance lvl 3 .

Bottom line: from the moment you take the alliance quest, do not hit Varka Silenos — even with party members in party — because every hit/kill of a silenos drops one alliance level and cancels the quest. You can still kill RBs, which is nice. We need them for another quest.
