Rituals are run by NPC Lord Valentine. He only spawns at in-game night (check the map in-game) in the Dark Elven School of Magic, left of the central room (Noble TP and run left).
Since Shilen has a personal beef with Anakim, better not walk up to the NPC in Anakim transform — he’ll rage at you and kill you.
While any ritual is running, the NPC room gets these conditions:

Invis gets stripped from chars, plus AoE invuls from Over and Bishop, and Bishop’s target invul.
On login, the char gets teleported to the Dark Elf Village.
When a ritual starts, the NPC shouts a line in gibberish to the whole world that includes the name of the char who started it. The line is unique per ritual.
If during the ritual the char who started it dies, logs out, or leaves the room — the ritual fails.
The NPC puts an uncleansable root on the char who started the ritual.

Dark Soul Ritual

For the ritual you get an S-grade club — Essence Absorber. The club itself is useless: it can’t be traded and it cuts PvP damage dealt by 99%. But you need it to farm souls for other rituals. If you want, you can swap the club for a dagger with the same rules. To swap, pick Change Absorber Type in Valentine’s dialog. Enchant, attribute, and LS stay on swap.

Talk to the NPC, pick Ask about the Essence Absorber, then buy the blank for 2kkk. You get an NG club — last-hit mini-RB Dark Shaman Varangka with it. The club has almost no P.Atk, can’t be enchanted, but you can use NG shots. The RB is summoned — you need a short quest:

Fly to Den of Evil from Schuttgart.
From the TP run up and right on the map to NPC Chairen. He stands behind the first pyramid.
Take the quest
Kill in the zone until you have 10 Evil Spirit Cores. Expect ~100–150 mobs
Return to Chairen
Pick Get reward for Evil Spirit Cores, and the NPC gives you a quest pendant
From the Den of Evil TP run down the map into the cave.
There’s an eye in the cave — kill it. A mini-RB spawns; burn his HP, then last-hit with the Absorber Blank. Spawn chance ~50%. If you whiff it, just wait 5 minutes for the eye to respawn — no need to farm the items again.

Once you last-hit, the blank turns into a blank that absorbed a soul. Go to Valentine with that item and 15 billion, pick Ask about the Dark Soul Ritual, then Start Ritual. He takes the adena and the item right away. If the ritual fails, you don’t get them back.

The ritual lasts one minute — your job is not to die. The NPC won’t mess with you, but since he announces to everyone, someone might fly in to kill you — better bring friends for cover.

Desecration Ritual

For the ritual you get a bracelet — Desecrated Bracelet, in exchange for the Bracelet of Dawn. For the ritual bring the NPC a Baylor Soul (100% if you last-hit Baylor with an Essence Absorber) or a Restored Dark Soul (from D’Nara on Crystal Island), a Bracelet of Dawn, and 350kkk (400 if you use Restored Dark Soul).

Pick Ask about the Desecration Ritual, then Start Ritual. The NPC takes the Baylor Soul and the adena right away; Restored Dark Soul and the Bracelet are taken on a successful finish. Same rules as other rituals — don’t leave the room, don’t die, don’t relog. Ritual lasts 3 minutes.

Ritual of Knowledge

Only BD\SWS with 3rd class can do this ritual. After it, SWS gets BD dances, and BD gets SWS songs (except Song of Silence). You need 20 billion and a Focus of Wisdom. If the ritual fails, you only lose the adena.
You get the Focus from a quest. Before you go do it, it’s worth buying a Hellbound Map from Valentine. You also need to do the HB entry quest.
The quest starts on Hellbound at NPC Seruzia. She stands in the Ruins of the Ancient Temple (Refugee Village on the map).

Talk to the NPC — she sends you to kill mobs around. Bring her 1000 items, meaning kill 1000 mobs. Kill, turn in
The NPC says she doesn’t know how to get the Focus and sends you to Blacksmith Shadai. He stands at the Steel Citadel Outpost (also Hellbound), spawns at night.
Talk to Shadai — he sends you to gather items:
- Eye of the Hurricane, x1. Drops from RB Typhoon (runs around the Hellbound desert). The item is tradeable — you can try buying it.
- 10 Tyrannosaurus Hearts. Drop from tyrannos on Primeval Isle. Quest items — you need to last-hit the mob.
- 100 Folios of Light. Drop from angels in the 2nd floor rooms of MoS.
- 100 Folios of Darkness. Drop from Cosmic Lord and Cosmic Priest in the Tower of Infinitum. How to get there:
  - Run to the Trade City instance entrance. It’s to the right of Shadai on the map
  - Enter, run to the central square — there’s a mob Amaskari
  - Kill him — Amaskari’s Call drops. If it didn’t, leave the instance (use SoE), wait 10 minutes for the instance reset, enter again.
  - The item lets you teleport straight to the tower entrance.
  - You enter via an NPC. To get in, leave the room and farm Feiry Demon Blood from mobs. Pick up the potion, use it, talk to the NPC

Once everything’s gathered, return to Shadai and turn in the quest. Reward: Focus of Wisdom.

Thirty Souls Ritual

Reward: Dar Souls Ring. For the ritual bring 500 billion and thirty different souls — farmed by last-hitting RBs with the Absorber. Each RB has its own soul. Ritual lasts 5 minutes; on fail you only lose the adena.

Soul drop chance is written on the boss skill.

All souls are tradeable except these:

The list shows which souls exist at all, and how many / which ones you’ve already collected. Souls can sit in WH — they still show on the list.

Click a soul name to open the map with a mark where the boss stands. (If the map opens but there’s no mark — switch the map tab to Gracia)

Cannibalistic Stakato Chief

To summon this raid boss you need two quests: “I’m the Only One You Can Trust” and “Only What Remains”

Yehan Klanikus, Yehan Klodekus

At the end of the Hall of Suffering instance. Entrance is on Gracia in the Seed of Infinity. Need a party of at least 2, and every party member must have the Seize Hall of Suffering quest (taken nearby from NPC Tepios).

Gigantic Golem

The RB spawns if you bring NPC Doctor Chaos the resources he asks for. If the NPC isn’t there — the boss is dead, wait for respawn.

Eilhalder von Hellmann

Spawns every in-game night in the Cursed Village (Noble TP from Rune).

Shadow of Halisha

Four Sepulchers instance in IT. Each shadow drops its own soul.

Hekaton Prime

To summon, bring three scrolls to NPC Droph. Scrolls drop from three other RBs in the Giants Cave.

Demon Prince, Ranku

Instances. Entrance is on floors 5 and 7 of the Tower of Infinitum. Entry requires a quest. Same NPC that teleports into the Tower of Infinitum starts it.

Take the quest, enter the tower, kill mobs until all four items drop. Return to the NPC, get the items for instance entry.

Beleth Soul Fragment drops if you last-hit Great Beleth with the Absorber.
Runes are held by the keepers on Crystal Island
During the ritual the Mistress will pull power from the Soul Fragments and pour it into this ring, and I’ll seal it there with the Runes!
And then you get Shilen’s Ring!
The ritual takes ten minutes and costs you 800 billion!
