How to get to Baylor (Full walkthrough with pics)To run Baylor you need a CC of at least 11 people, and each of them has to complete the Deadly Run.The NPC for the Baylor entrance stands in the center of the lake under Parnassus. On Baylor you can leave party. You get 4 hours to kill Baylor.Every char must have a Contaminated Crystal (rewarded for the Deadly Run).Deadly RunPick up the quest from Rignos (you can’t start it if you already have a Contaminated Crystal). You’ll have to do it on every char that’s going to the Baylor raid. This isn’t a quest, it’s a task, so after taking it don’t look for it in your current quest list — instead the char gets a Timer as a buff (15 minutes). Before it runs out you need to hit 4 houses and farm Race Stamp from the mobs inside — 4 Stamps total, 1 from each house. The item drops from the mobs standing in the center. The run has its own catches: The timer drops on death or logout. While the timer is up you are flagged. Can’t be in a party. Can’t get Noblesse or Rebirth effects, and no teleport works for you.If you don’t make it in time, you start over.The first house is next to Rignos, the other 3 are here:Only one person can have the quest at a time. If someone already took it, nobody else can take it until the timer is gone. Once you have 4 Stamps, run back to Rignos and get a Secret Key and a Contaminated Crystal.After you’ve done the run on all chars, you can enter the instance. Walk up to NPC Oracle Guide and click Fight Baylor. (The NPC stands in the center of the lake under Parnassus, in the cave).You can tell Baylor’s status by the aura around the NPC.Blue aura — Baylor is dead.Red aura — you can enter Baylor.Green aura — someone is already fighting Baylor.The whole CC gets teleported into Baylor’s lair (you can leave party in the lair). It’s a round room with locked cages along the edges, and your whole CC gets dumped into one of them. Other CCs get dumped into neighboring cages if they make it in time. The boss respawns 10 minutes after the first CC enters, and as soon as he pops, all cages open — and nobody else can enter the lair until you kill Baylor. Or until he kills you 🙂BaylorLevel 85HP 118 400 934P. Atk 41436P. Def 7153M. Dark resist on every char so you don’t eat oneshots. At least 400 is strongly recommended — more is always better.Melee DDs should stack Holy attack — 300 on the wep + Holy Weapon buff + BD danceEssence Absorber (from the Dark Soul ritual), preferably on a Dest if you want the Baylor SoulBaylor’s stats are roughly Antharas-tier, weak Holy defense, very strong Dark attack, AoE stun, a nasty knockback with stun, and he periodically jumps a random target.From time to time the boss self-casts a 30-sec buff that heavily boosts P.Def and P.Atk. Hard to miss — he asks Beleth for help and covers himself in a blue aura. As soon as the aura drops, he puts the same buff on three random chars. They also get the aura, but on top of the P.Def and P.Atk bonus they start dealing damage to other chars in a small radius — run away from them immediately. The boss also periodically cancels resurrection prompts on dead chars.When Baylor’s HP drops to 30% he becomes immune to physical damage. To break the invul you need to deal a certain amount of magical damage (that’s why you need a well-geared mage). Don’t forget: to get the Baylor Soul, the char with the Essence Absorber in hand must last-hit him! When you last-hit, make sure Baylor isn’t hitting a char with reflect — if he, for example, smacks a bishop and dies to reflect — you won’t get the soul. Unless, of course, the bishop is holding the Essence Absorber 🙂 You get 4 hours for the fight. Baylor respawn is 15 days +- 1 hour.Greater earring statst;
